Trav and me.

Caroline and Jacob. What precious little angels!

This picture is from a swimming party we had over at Kim and Eric's house one day. Excuse my husband -he is a bit insane. Looks like D and Jame thought they would be cute too. :)

Dan and Megan Copelin-some great friends. Isn't this a great picture!

My husband gave me this little statue and called it "my little helper."

A nest in a camelia shrub beside our house.

A day lilly. The people who used to own our house used to show these flowers competetively. Wouldn't she be proud to see this one is still living!

A dragonfly on a "four-o'clock" bud. behind our house.

My compost heap down by the barn.

When we bought our home we inherited this Farmall Tractor along with it. It is in great condition and mows our property just great! We have had many fun hay rides behind that tractor.

This is the coop that my husband and brother-in-law made for us. I just love it, and so do the chickens.

Here are some of our chickens. The one seated on the nest is "Pearlie" (my personal favorite). Standing next to her waiting her turn to lay an egg is "LuLu," she is a Rhode Island Red. I don't remember what kind Pearlie is.

Here are my two boys; Stephen and Jacob. They are like little fishes in the water.

This is Caroline. My oldest daughter. She loves to go swimming at our friend's pool.

Trip to St. Augustine, Florida

Here is Grandma's little white house. That is Jamie and Grandma holding Kim's baby in the frontyard.

The coast of Ponte Vedra, FL. It was a beautiful day. The waves were huge!

Here is Aunt Carol and her dog "CoCo" hangin' out at the beach in Ponte Vedra, FL

This is grandma on the boardwalk at aunt Carol's place in Ponte Vedra, Florida. She is just adorable!

Tolina.

Here is Tolina Allison Edwards. She couldn't resist trying to pick one of those flowers!

This is a typical moss-covered oak tree found in the south. This is grandma's view in her backyard.

Here is my friend Kim and her daughter, Tolina.

This is some "Morning Glory" growing on grandma's fence. She has such a green thumb! I just love all her flowers and plants!

Jamie, Kim and I just went on a trip to Grandma's house in St. Augustine, Florida. We had such a great time. No kids (except sweet little Tolina-Kim's baby). Just lots of fun and good food! She has the most precious little white house and it is located within walking distance to St. George Street, The Fort, and the Lions Bridge, etc...

Here is my youngest daughter Katherine at my cousin's wedding. My mom just made that pretty suit she was wearing.

I was told by the previous owner of this house we live in that this flower is called a "four o'clock." We have enjoyed them so much. They have a wonderful fragrance and they open about four o'clock every day and then close up (like the one to the right of the bloom) in the harsh sun.

Here is a photo of one of many tomato plants in my square foot garden. This was taken about 2 weeks ago when the first ones came ripe. Now I have so many I don't know what to do with them.

I am so proud to say that this is a picture of three 3 "big bertha" bell peppers I harvested from one pepper plant that I grew in my square foot garden. They even tasted good too!

Here is a picture I took of a rose my mother-in-law bought us whlie she was here last year visiting. Can you believe it is still living?! It is called "Joseph's Coat."

This is my son Jacob blowing at the fire to get it going.

Jessica (my first cousin) and Mark Lee. Married in Cairo on Saturday, June 10, 2006. She was a beautiful bride!

Here is a picture from my first cousin's (Jessica's) wedding. She married Mark Lee, both from Cairo.

Here is a female blue bird that has baby birds in that bird house my dad made for us.

Trav and Katherine at the burn pit last Saturday.

Go boy go!

Stephen doing one of his most favorite things.

Zickity Z

We let Stephen start our backyard burn pile. It is so hot and dry here lately. It was very easy for him to start that fire and it burned up quickly.

Travis in his pensive mode.

Sweet cheeks!

Aww, Jacob posing.

A serious pose, from a not-so-serious boy. My son, Jacob.
